1. Service Authorization
DTLR PRO Logistics is authorized to arrange and coordinate the transportation of your vehicle from the pickup location to the designated destination.
2. Insurance & Claims
All shipments are covered by carrier insurance, typically ranging between $100,000 and $250,000 per load, along with public liability and property damage coverage.
Any damage must be noted and signed on the delivery inspection report at the time of delivery. Written claims must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery.
3. Personal Belongings
Personal items must be placed securely in the trunk and must not exceed 100 lbs.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by excessive weight or improperly packed items.
4. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be in running condition unless otherwise agreed, with no more than half a tank of fuel.
We are not liable for damage caused by:
Fluid leaks
Mechanical issues
Battery failure
Loose or external parts
All damage claims must be documented at delivery.
5. Pickup & Rescheduling
If the vehicle is not ready at the scheduled pickup time, a $75 rescheduling fee may apply.
If the customer is unavailable, a designated representative must be present.
If the vehicle becomes unavailable after scheduling, DTLR PRO Logistics reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
While we strive for timely service, pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled pickup date may incur a $200 administrative fee
We are not responsible for rental vehicle costs or delays
Mechanical issues during transport are not covered under refunds
7. Non-Operational Vehicles
A $150 fee applies to non-running vehicles.
This fee will also apply if the vehicle becomes non-operational during transport.
8. Payment & Agreement
The customer agrees to pay the quoted amount and not initiate chargebacks without valid reason.
This agreement represents the full understanding between the customer and DTLR PRO Logistics and overrides any prior discussions.
Any changes must be made in writing and approved by the company.
9. Exclusive Agreement
Customers agree not to book or work with another broker or carrier during the active shipping period.
Failure to comply may result in a non-refundable deposit charge.
